Technical information: Materials and protective levels
You can choose your radiation protection outfit according to your protective material and lead equivalent (Pb) needs. Two different technical packages are available:
Benefits of materials:

Novalite ® Plus: The leading light lead material on the market, which guarantees excellent weight and protection.

Leadfree 2.0: Fully lead-free and environmentally friendly material that is light-weight and easy to dispose of at the end of the life cycle.

Levio Edition: A special model in which front protection is optimised to provide maximum safety (up to 0.50 mm Pb), while maintaining the lightness and flexibility of the suit.
How do you choose the right level of protection?

0,25 mm Pb: Suitable for lighter irradiation and short-term operations.

0,35 mm Pb: The industry standard for the most common intervention measures.

0,50 mm Pb: Recommended for long-term measures and high-radiation environments (e.g. cardiology and radiology).
