Head protection

Today, the increased risk of brain tumours by medical personnel in high-dose work environments such as intervention radiology is investigated. Especially in workplaces where dose levels cannot be reduced by radiation protection or other protective systems, the head is exposed to a significant amount of radiation. Both MAVIG models have different protective and airborne surfaces.

Size : Suitable for the main size of 54-63 cm MAVIG X-ray headgear comply with DIN EN 61331-1, DIN EN 61331-3, DIN 6857-1 and the German X-ray regulation. These models have passed EC type-examination and have been certified in accordance with PPE 89 / 686 / EEC (CE / EPP). MAVIG X-ray protective clothing ensures that all applicable legal requirements are met.
