MAVIG has been using its decades of experience in the field of X-ray protection to minimise harmful scatter radiation. Two uniquely shaped protective caps have been designed to provide optimal protection against scatter radiation from the patient's body.

Our shield is designed ergonomically, considering the patient's comfort. Particular attention has been paid to their design, such as special femoral protection surgery for femoral puncture, and gentle upper surgery for barrier-free imaging. Together with special sterile pouches, protective tissues may be placed on a sterile patient cloth. This allows for rapid setting or removal. Sterile bags also offer an economic and environmental advantage compared to standard disposable linen.
