Warranty conditions
ILLUCO Corporation Ltd guarantees that the IDS series purchased directly from ILLUCO corporation Ltd. The head office is located in Gunpo, South Korea, free from material and manufacturing defects for the time specified below, subject to certain restrictions.
Our policy of guarantees
This warranty is not transferable and only covers spare parts. This guarantee does not cover indirect damages or business losses.
General derogations
General exceptions from this guarantee include all faults caused by:
a. Installation of non-original components, accessories or accessories in the unit or original IDS-3100 parts. (secondary market accessories such as battery, LED, etc.)
b. Abnormal exercise, neglect or abuse.
c. Lack of proper maintenance.
d. Accident or collision damage.
e. Amendment or modification of factory regulations without consultation with an authorised technician.
f. Damages or malfunctions due to natural disasters, freezing, theft, accident, vandalism, abuse and / or inappropriate circumstances.
Specific derogations
Products not covered by the guarantee include:
a. Parts replaced for normal wear or routine maintenance, including battery, LED, goggles, etc.
b. Floating or consumable objects which must be replaced as part of normal use, including, but not limited to, a battery and a protective glass.
c. Possible transport or travel expenses.
d. Remuneration of rental units in connection with the repair of guarantee goods.
Customer's responsibility
Under this guarantee, the customer is responsible for:
a. Use and maintain the device according to the manual.
b. Report obvious defects to the authorised distributor or ILLUCO within seven (7) days of detection.
c. Provide the purchase certificate, the date of purchase and the serial number of the guarantee products.
d. Place the device for inspection and repair at the dealer's place or service centre. If delivered, transport costs must be paid in advance.
